Stay at your local school while also studying with SIS. Students bring all credits earned at their local school (minimum 18) and complete 6 or 10 SIS credits.

Your diploma is issued by Solomon International School, a Cognia-accredited, Washington State approved private school in Bellevue, Washington. Your SIS coursework is recorded on an official SIS transcript for university applications.

Yes. Through the U.S. High School Dual Diploma Program or the U.S. Full-Time Program, international students can study with Solomon International School from their home country through Teacher-Led Live or Self-Paced formats and earn an SIS U.S. High School Diploma.
Can I keep attending my local school?
Yes. In the U.S. High School Dual Diploma Program, students stay at their local school while completing the required SIS courses. Students can also stay at their current school and take individual AP courses through SIS.
Is it the same diploma that full-time SIS students receive?
Students who fulfill SIS graduation requirements receive the same SIS U.S. High School Diploma.
Is Solomon International School accredited?
Yes. Solomon International School is Cognia Accredited and is a Washington State Approved Private School. SIS is also SEVP-certified and is a College Board AP Test Center (#480345).
Do Self-Paced students have teacher support?
Yes. Self-Paced students have an assigned SIS teacher for each course and can meet that teacher face-to-face online, inside the SIS portal, during designated SIS Teacher Connect hours.
Can SIS issue Form I-20 for study in the United States?
SIS is SEVP-certified and may issue Form I-20 to eligible international students accepted for full-time, in-person study in Bellevue, Washington. Issuance of Form I-20 does not guarantee visa approval; F-1 visa decisions are made by the U.S. Department of State.
