| Alla AronovMrs. Alla Aronov came from Moscow, Russia. She went to the Moscow State Teacher Training University and University of Washington – Seattle. She taught at one of the oldest English language schools in Moscow and has been teaching at Solomon Christian School since September 1998. Her main subjects are English and French. Also, she leads the Russian and knitting clubs. | | | |

| |  | Katherine Thrall Mrs. Katherine Thrall recently graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Masters Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages with a K-12 teaching Certification in English Language Learners. She loves learning and teaching. Katherine also loves spending her free time at the beach or at Pike Place Market, shopping for the best produce. If she is not doing those things, then you will probably find her kayaking on Lake Union or along Alki with her husband. | | | | | |

| |  | Brian PendergastMr. Brian Pendergast grew up in the midwestern U.S. and came out to Seattle to earn a B.A. in Educational Ministeries from Seattle Pacific University. He has worked with children of all ages for the last ten years, including four years as a Youth Pastor in suburban Seattle. In addition to teaching SCS Bible classes, PE and leading Chapel, he is currently finishing an M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Mars Hill Graduate School in downtown Seattle. | Alaina McCallum Ms. Alaina McCallum grew up in Edmonds, WA. She received a B.A. in History and French from the University of Washington. She has certification in TESOL and has worked and volunteered in schools both locally and abroad. At SCS, Alaina teaches the afterschool ESL program. She loves the Northwest, but has also lived in Nantes, Montluçon, and Sarlat-la-Canéda, France. Outside of teaching, Alaina is a board member of the Seattle-Nantes Sister City Association and enjoys going for walks, traveling, learning, and music. | | | | | |

| Michael Justice
Mr. Michael Justice grew up in Southwest Washington and is excited to be staying in the Pacific Northwest. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Mathematics Education from Western Washington University in 2010. Over the past few years, Michael has worked with middle and high school students here in Washington and abroad in the United Kingdom. This year he will be teaching mathematics at SCS. | Megan McCartyMrs. Megan McCarty is from Fort Smith, AR. She studied Vocal Music at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri and received her B.M. in Music Education. At SCS, Megan is the office manager and bible teacher. In addition to this, she is a voice teacher at Dance Elite and Music. Megan enjoys music, reading and spending time with her husband, Tim, daughter, Madelyn and their two puppies. | | | | | |

He received a B.A. in English Literature and Theology, and then went on to earn his Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL. In addition to managing the office and teaching Bible at SCS, Joe is the Director of Children's Ministry at Seattle Community Church. In his free time, he enjoys going on long bicycle rides. | |

He got his B.A. in Social Science with a Minor in Biblical Studies and Theology at Simpson University; he received an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. For several years he has been in charge of the credit make-up program at SCS. In addition, Mr. McPherson is the head of Soccer club, is an academic advisor for seniors (choosing/applying to colleges and universities), and represents SCS at education fairs all over the world. | | | | | |

He studied Philosophy as an undergraduate at the University of Washington and is currently working on a Master of Divinity degree as well. Abraham enjoys working with teenage students and has worked as the Youth Director at his home church. At SCS, he will be working closely with students as they make the difficult transition from leaving their home countries to living and studying in the USA. In his free time, Abraham enjoys playing sports, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. | | | | | |
| | | | |  | Richard LeeMr. Richard Lee is the principal at SCS. He was born in South Korea but raised in the Seattle area. He received his M.A. in Philosophy at the University of Washington and his M.Div. at Springfield Theological Seminary. He was a youth pastor for 14 years and has also taught math (6 years) and Bible (4 years). Here at SCS, Mr. Lee is currently busy establishing branch language schools overseas, but he still has time to work individually with each student on scheduling and college advising. He monitors and follows-up with students regularly, showing his deep concern for each of them. He also loves working with different nationalities and has a passion for music. Mr. Lee is married to Sang Lee and they have two children, Abraham and Grace. | |
